**Jake Williams led all scorers with 22 points, while Steve Serio notched a triple-double with 11 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists as the United States men's wheelchair basketball team defeated Spain, 66-56, on Wednesday at the Tokyo Paralympics.
Serio's triple-double was the first by an American in Paralympic competition since Matt Scott accomplished the feat in Beijing in 2008.
